Vindaloo Curry Recipe |

Ingredients Required 1 whole tomato |

1st 1 whole tomato, 1 whole onion, 2 tbs fresh garlic & ginger paste or fresh coarsley chopped. 1/2 cup of Ghee/Olive oil, stir and fry until well blended. 2nd Add 5 green cardamom, 5 fresh curry leaf or 3 bay leaf, 3-5 clove, 2-4 cinnamon stick, 1 tbs cumin seed, 2 tbs Vindaloo curry powder or 2 tablespoons Vindaloo curry paste, 1 tbs coriander powder, 1 tbs turmeric powder, 1 tbs Garam masala (house blend) 4-6 fresh green chili, salt (optional) fry for few minutes. 3rd Add 500-800gms cubes meet (beef, lamb, chicken and vegetables) keep frying for few minutes. Then add appropriate amount of water (about 2-3 glasses). Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. For desired thickness of gravy. |
