TANDOORI CHICKEN OR FISH RECIPE . |

STEPS OF COOKING: Mix all the above ingredients. Marinade the chicken or fish with this mixture and keep for 1 ½ hour. Take out the chicken or fish from the marinade Arrange on a baking tray and roast uncovered for appox 35 mins. (190ºc)
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with fresg green salad, onion, tomatoes and lemon. “Serves 6-8 person |
Ingredients Required: Chicken, or skinless ---3-4lbs/8-10 quartered portions of chicken or Fish. Make 2 deep slits on each piece. Yogurt plain------------------1 ½cups/65gms Lemon juice/Vinegar------- 8 tablespoons Ghee/Oil---------------------- ½cup/75gms Cardamom Powder---------- 2 tablespoon Dual Tandoori masala-------100gms (use less for mild hot)
