Ingredients Required 1 Whole Tomato |

1 Whole Tomato, 1 Whole Onion, Ginger & Garlic paste or fresh 2tsp of each coarsley chopped. 1/2 cup of Ghee/Olive oil. Stir and fry until well blended.
2nd
Add with 1st above, 1 tsp Dual Garam masala, 4 green Cardamom, 3-5 Bay leaf or Fresh Curry leaf, 3-5 Clove, 2 Cinnamon stick, ½ tbs Curry powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Coriander powder, ½ tbs Turmeric powder, salt to taste, 4-6 fresh green chili or 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional) stir and fry for few minutes.
3rd
Add with 2nd above, 1½-2lbs- (beef, lamb, chicken and vegetables) stir-fry for 5 minutes and add appropriate amounts of water 2 glass add more or less. Cover and simmer for 20-25 min. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream or Coconut milk (optional) and cooked for 5 more munites at low heat until is tender.
Suggestion: Rice/Nan & Mango/Lime Pickle or plain yogurt on the side. “4-5 Persons’’
